BUYING & SHIPPING:
Buying process is very simple. Once you have agreed and confirm a purchase with us and every detail is finalized, we will then issue the invoice with full details of purchase and payment information to you via email or any other form of communication you choose. Payment is required within 72 hours after invoice is submitted. Additional time should be requested if needs be, to avoid the vehicle being sold to another buyer. After payment is completed, we require copy of the stamped Bank Wire Transfer receipt, to start the payment confirmation process. If payment is via PayPal, we will monitor from our end. Once payment is confirmed with our bank, we will notify you promptly. Next step after payment is shipping. Once shipping schedule is set we will notify you. Once shipping documents are ready, we will mail to your preferred address via air courier. We will request your consignee and mailing address in advance for this process. VEHICLE INSPECTION & CONDITION:
Every vehicle will be inspected and examined before shipping to confirm Road Worthiness and reliability. Only drivable vehicles can ship via Roll On Roll Off. Some countries will require an inspection at the customers cost, so please confirm whether you will need an official inspection done. Before we purchase any Auction vehicle on your behalf, we will translate the Auction Condition Report for so you can make an informed decision pre-purchase. We will make final recommendation regarding every purchase to ensure right compliance. This will ensure that you get the best possible deal for your budget. AUCTION GRADING SYSTEM is as follows: GRADE 3 (multiple dents and or scratches or panel damage). GRADE 3.5 (few dents and or scratches). GRADE 4 (very good condition car with minor dents and or scratches). GRADE 4.5 (great good condition car all over). GRADE 5 (excellent condition car). GRADE R (car may need some repairs or may have been repaired). GRADE RA (car has been repaird to satisfactory level).
PRICING MECHANISM:
Prices listed are FOB only (without freight). To view estimated Cost and Freight (C&F) amount, please select your Country Destination in the drop down menu, then press the calculate button. If you do not see your Country in the list or don’t see the total, please ASK us for it.
IMPORT REGULATIONS: It is very important to your Country import rules to avoid mistakes, so please research your Country Import regulations before you purchase a vehicle. In most cases we will direct you accordingly. Please note that shipping rates fluctuate every now and then, so we will confirm final figures once you are ready to finalize your purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We only accept Credit Card, PayPal & Bank Wire Transfer.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We can accept 50% payment of invoice amount upfront, with balance upon declaration of Bill Of Lading (BL). Auction Service Deposit is US500.00 upfront for budget of under US10,000.00 and US1,000.00 for Invoice budget of over US10,000.00. Auction Deposit becomes refundable if and only when no vehicle has been won from the Auction. Upon successful purchase at Auction, the deposit will be applied to the final Invoice at your chosing.
